We’re happy to offer a size exchange for your order.

Exchanges:

• are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided item is unused, unwashed, and في its original packaging and condition.

• Once we receive returned item and inspect it, we’ll ship new size to you.

• Please note that an additional shipping fee will be applied for exchange process.

Refunds:

• are processed only after we receive and inspect returned item. Once product arrives back to us, we’ll carefully check that it’s unused, unwashed, and في its original condition and packaging.

• If it meets these conditions, your refund will be issued online through Instapay, any mobile wallet or bank accounts.

• Please note that both original and return shipping fees will be deducted from refund amount.

• Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed.
