Please note that fragile items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Due to their delicate nature, we cannot accept returns once these products have been delivered. However, if you receive a damaged item, kindly contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.
Loungewear Refund And Exchange Policy
We’re happy to offer a size exchange for your order.
Exchanges:

are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging and condition.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we’ll ship the new size to you.

Please note that an additional shipping fee will be applied for the exchange process.
Refunds:

are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once the product arrives back to us, we’ll carefully check that it’s unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

If it meets these conditions, your refund will be issued online through Instapay, any mobile wallet or bank accounts.

Please note that both the original and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed.
